SECURITY POLICY
Your payment and personal information are always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. We do not store credit card information on our server.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
No purchase order may be modified, canceled or returned except with Seller’s prior written consent and by prior payments to Seller of a sum equal to the total of out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with the purchase order. All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RMA) by calling 800-468-8185 and must be returned in original condition within thirty (30) days of purchase. On all canceled and returned orders a restocking charge of up to 25% shall apply.
All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
Due to the personal nature of cannulas and face masks, the sale and delivery of these items are final. They cannot be returned for refund or credit under any circumstance. Custom-cut hose & tubing sales, as well as all special ordered items, are also final and must be paid for in advance of shipping.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY POLICY
Items will generally ship out within two days of purchase unless notified otherwise. We ship via FedEx and Smart Post, but cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you require alternate shipping methods, please contact our Sales Department at: 1-541-923-4100. Once the items are shipped, tracking information will be sent to the customer’s email.
