O2 Transfiller FBO Kit

You asked for it and we made it. Many of our Fixed Base Operators(FBO) have requested a complete oxygen filling system with regulator.
Well here it is. We have put together a complete system with everything you need.

We start with the regulator.
This High Pressure Oxygen Regulator is the best we could find.
The standard kit comes with a non-venting style regulator.
A vented style regulator is available upon request at no extra charge.

Together with that we have combined our time proven components.
Each FBO kit comes with the four most common fill adapters that you will need.
Combine that with a hose length of your choice and you are in business.

Many of our customers have asked to take the bulk away from the aircraft or fill end.
We have moved the bleed valve up near the regulator so now the supply end has far less weight.
However, we can configure your system with the bleed valve at the fill end if you prefer.

We have also gone to a smaller diameter braided hose to reduce weight and facilitate ease of handling.

Our system also incorporates a flow restrictor to prevent filling too fast, as well as built-in filters.

All Components are cleaned and ready for Oxygen use.

**What is the difference between a vented and non-vented regulator?
When the pressure downstream of a vented regulator exceeds the set pressure by some amount (this varies based on the regulator) that excess pressure is vented out the regulator to atmosphere. A non-vented regulator will not vent excess pressure downstream of the regulator.
